(Jersey City, NJ—May 23, 2017) This year, the Hudson
County Alliance of Teen Artists has selected five High Tech students to have
their art exhibited at the New Jersey City University Art Gallery, announced
Dr. Joseph Giammarella, Principal of High Tech.
Bayonne residents Amanda Chang and Jillian
Wiadzionek, Lauren Krasnoff of Guttenberg, Union City resident Kaitlin Juarez,
and Olivia Alicandri of Weehawken all have contributed their visual art to the New
Jersey City University Art Gallery.
“I’m very proud of the work of our talented students
at High Tech,” says William Kennon, veteran High Tech Visual Arts instructor.
The Hudson County Alliance of Teen Artists has
been made possible through funds from the Hudson County Division of Cultural
& Heritage Affairs/Tourist Development, the County Executive and Board of
Chosen Freeholders, the New Jersey Department of Education Interim County
Executive Superintendent, the Hudson County Superintendents Round Table, North
Bergen Board of Education, Bayonne Board of Education, Secaucus Board of
Education, and New Jersey City University.
