(Bayonne, NJ—May 7,
2015) Judges at the 29th Annual Teen Arts Student Art Expo have
honored eight High Tech students for their artistic achievements at the award
ceremony at the Bayonne Library and Cultural Center, which showcases Hudson
County Fine Arts students’ artworks from May 4th through May 11th.
High Tech students
honored at the awards ceremony on Thursday, May 7th, include Nicole
Romero of North Bergen, who earned Top Honors, and six others who earned Judges
Awards for their artworks: Amanda Chang of Bayonne; Guttenberg resident Adrianna
Molina; Kaitlin Lima of Jersey City; North Bergen residents Laura Gomez, Lynn
Occhiogrosso, and Hershna Patel; and Ambar Grullon of West New York.
“It’s always wonderful
seeing the work of my classmates and other students like myself displayed where
it finds exposure,” says Adrianna Molina. “It was great being a part of
the Hudson Alliance Teen Arts Art Expo. The experience was truly inspiring.”
High Tech will also
participate in an exhibition at the New Jersey City University Visual Arts
Building Gallery between May 19th and June 2nd.
