Bergen, NJ—May 28, 2015) The High Tech Business Department and Business &
Technology Club invited a guest speaker, Christopher Perez, the Duty Manager—International
Facility at the Newark Liberty International Airport, to offer a presentation at
the APA building in the North Hudson Center, announced Dr. Joseph Giammarella,
Principal of High Tech.
The
presentation primarily focused on an increasing demand for technical education
for business majors to achieve success in today’s business environment. Perez
emphasized the importance of communications skills, computer skills, critical
thinking, and decision making skills.
“Without
effective communication, organizational, and use of computer and technology
skills, one cannot be successful in today’s competitive world,” declares Mr.
Christopher Perez.
“Our
business majors benefited greatly from the informative presentation, which highlighted
Mr. Perez’s accomplishments in the business industry,” says Dr. Syed Abbasi, the
moderator for the High Tech Business and Technology Club. “I’d like to
thank Mr. Perez for donating his precious time to our students.”
