On April 27th County Prep students attended the Dare to Dream Student Leadership Conference held at St.Joseph's School for the Blind in Jersey City. The conference featured accomplished students and adults with challenges who have demonstrated exemplary self-advocacy and leadership skills. The purpose of this event was to empower students to help them transition from high school to adulthood. Some of the workshops attended included "You Are The Architect....Build Your Dreams," "Believe in Yourself," "Picture This," and "The Power of Words." It was a dynamic structured learning experience (SLE).
