(North Bergen—March 20, 2015) The High Tech
National Honor Society (NHS) sponsored a Valentine’s Day card designing
project, which it opened to the entire student body of High Tech, announced Dr. Joseph Giammarella, Principal
of High Tech High School.
During
free periods, students designed cards in the mall area and cafeteria in a
spirit of goodwill that resulted in more than 300 cards produced and
distributed to Alaris Health Center in Bayonne and Newark Beth Israel Medical
Center.
“The
NHS members wanted to spread the spirit to those in our community who might not
have been remembered on Valentine’s Day,” says Joan Marie Bellotti, moderator
for the High Tech chapter of NHS.
